Our niche practice is centered on providing transactional construction law with an emphasis on representing project owners in drafting and negotiating a full range of construction related agreements. Our primary focus is on facilitating the development and construction of residential properties for high net worth individuals. Included are architect and engineering agreements, other design professional and consultant agreements, interior design agreements, construction management and general contracting agreements, and related non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements. 

We also represent townhouse owners in connection with adjacent construction issues and negotiating license and access agreements with adjacent property owners, as well as apartment owners in reviewing and submitting alteration agreements with cooperative and condominium apartment buildings. As part of our practice, we provide counsel with respect to risk management strategies and issues arising during the course of construction.
